Karen B. Ross Founder

CEO

Karen Ross completed her undergraduate studies in Social Science and Psychology at Hofstra University and pursued her graduate work in Business Administration at Columbus State University. She is the founder and owner of Planet 66 Incorporated and Trypeas.com, both socially responsible companies committed to creating a healthy and safe environment for the future generations of all living things. Karen is a member of several "green" and women owned business groups. In her free time she enjoys her family, music, travel and the New York Yankees.

Rachel L. Greene

Vice President, Creative Development

Rachel Greene is a designer, published photographer, developer, baker, and project manager - not necessarily in that order. She lives in Manhattan, which she loves, along with yellow curry, abandoned buildings, strawberries, the works of Rene Magritte, chocolate, Eeyore, Typography, Venice, Robert Downey, Jr., traveling, snow, and music... also not necessarily in that order. Rachel holds a BA in Graphic Design and an MA in Interactive Multimedia, and works as a Project Manager in New York City.

Joshua J. Greene, ESQ

Vice President, Operations

Joshua Greene is a senior associate at SLK law firm, Admission to Bar 2008, State of New York. New York University (B.A. In History, 2004) Brooklyn Law School (J.D., 2007) Joshua focuses primarily in the firm's real estate department and has represented a wide variety of buyers, sellers and institutional lenders in real estate transactions as well as representing residential and commercial tenants in various litigation matters. In addition, Josh has experience representing individuals, corporations and limited liability companies in complex commercial contract matters.

Marla Kluberdanz

Treasurer

Marla Lehman Kluberdanz holds a Bachelors Degree in English from Hofstra University and a Masters Degree in English from Binghamton University. She is a frequent contributing blogger to TryPeas.com due to her passionate interest in environmental issues. She lives with her husband Robert on Long Island. They have two daughters.

Jessica Febraro

Children's Programs

Jessica Febraro currently works for the Syosset school district on Long Island. She holds a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from SUNY College at Old Westbury and a Master's Degree in Childhood Education from Adelphi University. While she is extremely passionate about psychology her heart lies with teaching children. She specializes in grades first through six, however, she has extensive experience in Kindergarten and Pre-school aged children. Jessica student taught and has worked for the New York City Department of Education. She wrote a paper entitled "Then and Now" published in Picture Windows, how the Suburbs Happened by Roslyn Baxandall and Elizabeth Ewen. Jessica has received several awards for her academic excellence and is a member of PSI CHI, the National Honor Society in Psychology, since 2007. She tutors elementary students and is currently enrolled in school to pursue her advanced certificates in special education and literacy.
